The winner of Yalumba’s Smart Car Promotion, Mr E Foster of Western Australia, was thrilled when he collected his fabulous Smart For Four Car last Friday, March 24, 2006.
Mr Foster bought the wine in Albany, South Western WA and was aware of the competition but buys Yalumba Y Series all the time. "It's my wife's favourite. She loves the Yalumba cheeky chardy and that's why we entered the competition." said Mr Foster. Mr Foster is a regular consumer of Yalumba and entered with his purchase of Yalumba Y Series Riesling.
The extremely high interest from consumers in the Smart Car Promotion generated a great response rate. The competition ran on the back of the very successfully 'Share Yalumba' advertising campaign, which featured on major super-size billboards around the country. The support of the trade throughout the campaign contributed greatly to the competitions success.

Mr Foster’s details were published in the Public Notices section of The Australian on Monday 6th February 2006 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the promotion.
During the promotion there were also nine instant prize winners each receiving a mixed case of Yalumba Y Series wines.
