"This reasonably priced wine offers dimensions few-sub $20 chardonnays can match. Made from Eden Valley grapes fermented with wild vineyard yeasts, it opens with surprising complexity. Nutty and yeasty lees, barrel and ferment influences mingle with slightly smoky oak, and succulent citrus and tropical fruit aromas. This multi-faceted character continues across the palate, which is lightly creamy in texture, nicely intense and dry, finishing lingering and aromatic."
Ageing: Drink over two years Food: Crab dishes; tuna
