 4 stars - "As far as value and premium quality go, The Signature Cabernet Shiraz from Yalumba is hard to beat, particularly if you want to enjoy a wine with the ability to age gracefully in the bottle. Its classic cabernet cassis aromas leap from the glass alongside ripe, rich shiraz fruit. The tannins are firm and the oak is still a little proud at this stage but the Signature is built for the cellar and it will only get better".
