"Oh boy, I hope I get to try some more of this. It may be a monumental wine, but it can tiptoe around your palate like Mikhail Baryshnikov. Black fruits and a distinctive, Barossa pepperiness fill the mouth, but it hasn't any of the porty, jammy flavours of many wines that would try to imitate its style. This is a New World classic that ages gracefully and is anything but boring."
