| | "A tidy inexpensive rosé made from sangiovese that packs plenty of flavour and bright clean fruit, this is terrific value. Yalumba has drawn on two Barossa Valley parcels of sangiovese (although it's carrying the broader South Australian region label), one from richer soils and one from sandy soils and given both a quick soak to pick up a bright red hue - the colour's a real feature. Ripe red cherry fruits slightly creamy almost, really fresh and vibrant. The palate's bursting with ripe cherry and red berry flavours, lifted musky raspberry too, balanced and a delicious red candy finish."
