Magenta in colour with purple hues, the Yalumba
Organic Shiraz 2011 is bursting with varietal
aromas of plums and violets, sweet fruit with
a forest floor finish. On the palate the aromas
continue through to the palate with plums and
violets joined by peppercorns and spice.
This is a fruit driven, medium bodied wine with fine, soft tannins and a savoury, persistent finish.
