The Yalumba Y Series Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 is dark scarlet in colour with a purple hue with aromas of crushed blackcurrants, violets and mint leaf are enhanced by hints of dusty French oak, Sichuan pepper and white truffles.
This bright and refreshing wine shows classical flavours of mint leaf and blackcurrant with hints of chocolate and very fine tannins parading across the palate, leading to a long and persistent finish.
