 | The grapes were fermented in static potter and rotary fermenters. Warm temperatures at the onset of fermentation and also 3-5 days post ferment maceration has helped extract soft fleshy tannins and build wine structure.
Displaying bright purple hues, the Y Series Merlot shines with aromas of violets, blueberries, red currants and dried herbs. A very pretty, medium bodied Merlot, bright red berries and silky tannins add to the juiciness of this supple wine. Enjoy with Schulz’s duck and veal sausages.
