What will I receive as a member of The Insider?
As a member of The Insider, you will receive 10% discount on Yalumba wine purchases in our online wine shop and when you visit The Wine Room. Exclusions on some wines do apply. You will also receive free shipping on orders over $200. We will send you monthly email newsletters featuring ‘wine of the month’ offers, recipes and wine pairing tips. You may also receive exclusive invitations to Yalumba events and tastings.

I live outside of Australia, can I join the Yalumba Wine Club?
The Yalumba Wine Club is currently only able to deliver to Australian addresses, so if you live internationally, you are not able to join as an Insider. If you live outside of Australia, you can still sign up to our mailing list to get access to special offers, wine appreciation knowledge and more. Alternatively, contact our Wine Room at info@yalumba.com to find out more about Yalumba’s international distribution partners.

Where does Yalumba ship wine?
The Yalumba Wine Club ships wine to members all over Australia. The Yalumba Wine Club will not ship wine if the temperature at point of departure is over 38 for consecutive days, to ensure that when you do receive your wine, it is in the best condition possible. We will notify you if your order will be delayed due to heat.
The Yalumba Wine Club will not leave parcels unattended and you must be over 18 years of age to purchase or sign for your wine shipment.

How much does shipping cost?
For online purchases, a $14 flat shipping fee will apply to all orders shipped within Australia. As a member of The Insider, you will receive complimentary shipping for orders over $200. Please ensure you are logged in to your account for this to apply. Although we cannot currently ship online orders to international addresses, you can contact our Wine Room team directly at wineroom@yalumba.com or call on +61 8 8561 3200 for more information about shipping to your location. International freight will be quoted on a case by case basis.
