The Signature Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz
Shiraz 2009- Vintage quality: Early rains in the growing season gave way to drier than average conditions that lasted through to early summer. These conditions were ideal and they produced wonderfully aromatic and evenly fruited wines. Awards and Accolades: 2 Gold

- Notes: The Signature 2009 is coloured in medium to full depth crimson reds. The nose pens with the classic ‘Signature’ aromatics of red currants, leafy notes, cedar and spices all supported with fine violet and cherry florals. A full bodied wine with Cabernet Sauvignon mouthfeel and structure complemented with the dark brooding Shiraz mid-palate tannins. Long and persistent, the wine combines concentration with elegance. Great ageing potential.
