As a member of The Insider you will receive 5% off all Yalumba purchases when you visit the wine room and online. We will also send you monthly emails from Yalumba featuring ‘wine of the month’ offers, recipes and wine pairing tips. You may also receive invitations to Yalumba events and tastings.
For wine purchases made online a $14 flat shipping fee will apply to all orders shipped within Australia as a member of The Insider, you will receive complimentary shipping for orders over $200. As a member of The Dabbler or The Adventurer, you will receive complimentary for orders over $100. Please ensure you are logged in to your account for this to apply.

Members of The Dabbler will receive a broad variety of wines for tasting. Members of The Adventurer will delve deeper into the nuances found in each variety and region. Seasonal wine packs are pre-selected by our winemakers and are designed to educate and inspire you on your wine journey. If you’ve tried something you like and want to purchase more, simply log in via the Yalumba website to purchase at your discounted rate.
You can only purchase Yalumba wines at member prices via the Yalumba website or at our Wine Room in Angaston. The seasonal wine packs are automatically shipped to the shipping address you have nominated. If you require alternative delivery arrangements, please speak with our Wine Club Manager on 08 8561 3222 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Before each journey shipment we will send you an email letting you know which wines our winemakers have selected for your next shipment. You can also view the upcoming pack by logging in to your member account on the Yalumba website.
Journey packs are shipped seasonally, in February, May, August and November. Journey packs should arrive within 10 business days from the 1st of the month. You will also be able to track your order via Australia Post. You will be provided with a tracking number and notified when your order has been shipped.
If you’re going to be away at the time of a shipment, you can re-route your wine to an alternative address. To do this, simply log in and edit your shipping address details prior to the 1st day of the shipping month. If you wish to skip your next shipment, log in and select your next journey pack in ‘My orders’. There you will see an option to ‘skip’ this upcoming pack. You will need to skip a pack prior to the 1st day of the shipping month.
Sure, just log in to your account and via ‘my orders’ select ‘skip’ and you will not receive your upcoming journey pack. You can continue to utilise your member discount and will receive your next journey pack the following quarter.
You can add an additional quarterly pack to your shipment by logging into your account profile on the Yalumba website and via ‘my orders’ input the number of packs you require. If you wish to purchase additional wines, simply place a separate order online. Just ensure you’re logged in to receive your membership discount and wine offers.
Yes! Simply log in to your account and via ‘manage my journey’ you are able to ‘switch’ your subscription to any journey on offer. Any changes to your subscription must be completed prior to the 1st day of the shipping month (February, May, August and November).
For each journey shipment your card will be charged on the 1st day of the month your journey shipment is due (February, May, August and November). So that you receive your wine on time, please ensure your credit card details are kept up to date in your account profile.
If you wish to cancel your subscription to a journey, simply log in to your membership profile and via ‘manage my journey cancel your subscription. Alternatively, if you’d just like to take a break, you can skip your next shipment easily via ‘my orders’.
If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, simply go into the ‘Subscription Centre’ link at the bottom of our emails to select which communications you wish to receive. Each email we send has an ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the page. This will unsubscribe you from all emails with the exception of transactional emails. These include order/delivery emails and account notifications (password recoveries, payment expiries, processing problems). Unsubscribing from communications will not impact your seasonal pack delivery; however, we will be unable to email you to let you know about special offers and what is included in your packs.
