  • What does it cost to be a member of the Yalumba Wine Club?

    It’s free to join the Yalumba Wine Club as an Insider. All you need to do is provide us with your email address, phone number and set up a password. Visit the Yalumba Wine Club homepage for more information.

  • What will I receive as a member of The Insider?

    As a member of The Insider you will receive 5% off all Yalumba purchases when you visit the wine room and online. We will also send you monthly emails from Yalumba featuring ‘wine of the month’ offers, recipes and wine pairing tips. You may also receive exclusive invitations to Yalumba events and tastings.

  • How much does it cost for shipping?

    For wine purchases made online a $14 flat shipping fee will apply to all orders shipped within Australia as a member of The Insider, you will receive complimentary shipping for orders over $200. Please ensure you are logged in to your account for this to apply.

  • Where does Yalumba ship wine?

    The Yalumba Wine Club ships wine to members all over Australia. The Yalumba Wine Club will not ship wine if the temperature at point of departure is over 38 for consecutive days, this is to ensure that when you do receive your wine it is in the best condition possible, we will notify you if your order will be delayed due to heat. The Yalumba Wine Club will not leave parcels unattended and you must be over 18 years of age to purchase or sign for your wine shipment. If you live outside of Australia, contact our Wine Room at to find out more about Yalumba’s International distribution partners.

  • I live outside of Australia, can I join the Yalumba Wine Club?

    The Yalumba Wine Club is currently available for Australian addresses only. If you live outside of Australia, please join our mailing list to stay up to date on Yalumba content, news and more in our quarterly emails. Simply select your country and fill in your details.

  • How will my discount be applied to my purchases?

    When you log in as a member of the Yalumba Wine Club your discount will automatically be applied to your online purchases. Your discount will also be applied when purchasing wines from our Wine Room in Angaston.

  • Can I choose to pick my wines up from the winery?

    You can only purchase Yalumba wines at member prices via the Yalumba website or at our Wine Room in Angaston. If you require alternative delivery arrangements, please speak with our Wine Club Manager on 08 8561 3222 or email

  • Are my credit card and account details security protected?

    Yes, your payment details are processed securely through our fully PCI-DSS compliant payment providers, according to all appropriate industry security standards. Once your card details are entered online, they are securely stored in our digital vault. The Yalumba Wine Club staff and administrators are only able to see the last 4 digits of the card, which allows you to identify your card. Please refer to our privacy policy on our website to see how we treat your personal information.

  • How do I stop receiving emails from you?

    Each email we send has an ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the page. This will unsubscribe you from all emails with the exception of transactional emails. These include order/delivery emails and account notifications (password recoveries, payment expiries, processing problems). Unsubscribing means we will be unable to email you to let you know about special offers.
