Cooler summer conditions allowed the vines to ripen evenly over January and February before late season heat commenced to finish off the ripening and allowed the grapes to be harvested full of flavour and at the desired baume, late March into early April.

Notes:

Deep red in colour with a crimson hue. A complex mix of rosemary, sea spray, violet and blueberry aromas with a hint of choc mint to finish. The palate is full-bodied and rich, blackcurrant and dark berries with a subtle leafy undertone followed by super dark chocolate, mulberries and a long tannin finish.
