Meagan Pelham is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice spans painting, drawing, poetry and performance, all guided by her philosophy of true love. Known for her signature “love owls” and delicate emblems of devotion - wedding cakes, roses, love hearts - her works invite audiences to see the world through rose-coloured glasses. A three-time Archibald Prize finalist (2022, 2024, 2025), Meagan has also presented live performances at the Biennale of Sydney, MCA, Carriageworks and The Powerhouse Museum. Her poetry has featured at Cementa Festival, while her long-running collaboration with fashion label Romance was Born has produced multiple couture collections and garments featuring her artwork and poetry.
